Tats are often made of ink, sometimes by combining multiple colors and symbols.
Some have the same meaning as letters or numbers in other languages.
A person who wants to have a tattoo can pay a fee for the tattoo or the tattooer can sell it to another person.
There are a few rules to getting a tattoo:The tattoo is not permanent.
The tattoo should not be visible to anyone but the tattoo artist.
The ink should be clean and dry.
The person who has the tattoo must sign an acknowledgment saying the tattoo is their own.
A note saying that the tattoo has been made by a licensed tattoo artist must be affixed to the tattoo.
The cost is about $40 to $60.
A tattoo can also be created in other ways, such as using paint or other material.
